To secure an appointment a 50% deposit will be taken at time of booking with the following stylists: Erica, Nathanael and Samanta. Keshia is a freelance stylist at The MUSE she will send an email to confirm a deposit. This request will be sent via SMS.

If you would like to change your appointment day / time, cancel your booking, or amend the service originally booked, we require 48 hours notice in order to issue a refund of the deposit.

Booking Deposit Terms & Conditions:
The booking fee applies to all appointments with salon stylists Erica, Nathanael and Samanta. The 50% deposit is non-refundable – unless the Muse Salon has been notified of either: A) your cancellation request, B) Your request to change the booked service, or C) Your request to change the day / time of your appointment, at least 48 hours before your booked appointment time. Refunds will be made at the Muse Salon’s discretion.
